Jashvini A. Rajendran is the Partner. She established the firm in 2021, transforming it from a sole proprietorship into a dynamic partnership practice focused on delivering strategic and results-driven legal solutions.
She graduated with an LL.B (Hons.) from Multimedia University and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2017.
With extensive experience in both litigation and corporate advisory work, Jashvini is known for her strategic thinking, strong advocacy skills, and ability to handle complex legal matters with precision and confidence.
Jashvini has handled a broad spectrum of legal matters including monetary recovery, strata disputes, medical negligence, land disputes, employment and industrial relations matters, as well as corporate and commercial litigation.
In addition to litigation, she has extensive experience in corporate advisory work, including advising companies on acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts across various industries.
