Muhammad Izzal Hakim Jamil, an accomplished legal professional dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. Graduating with LL.B (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in December 2022.

  • Advised various real estate developers, corporation and institutions on a wide range of real estate transactions, specifically in Sale and Purchase of residential, commercial, industrial properties and other relevant processes involved in transferring of properties (both direct transfer and/or sub-sale)
  • Involved in preparation of Sale & Purchase Agreement and other relevant documents for residential projects by various developers including SkyWorld, CRSC Property Sdn Bhd, Almaventures Development Sdn Bhd, Hillstrand Development Sdn Bhd, JL99 Group and etc.
  • Specializes in security documentations including loan documentations for various commercial banks and other financial institutions including perfection of Transfer and Charge, discharge of Charge, deed of receipt and re-assignment
